Description Size Extended Information   Perfect gift for the girl in your life. White gold foil encased in aqua glass in a beautiful tiny Venetian heart. This little heart bead is aqua colored glass over white gold foil which gives this bead a great pop of summer color. It's so cute. The pendant is wire wrapped with sterling wire and hangs from a sterling silver figaro chain. Each necklace is handmade in my studio overlooking the Redwoods of the Santa Cruz mountains. The sterling chain is 16" (I also have 18" available - just convo me)the bead hangs down just over .5" (15mm) and is just under .5" (10mm) in width. Comes in a gold gift bag with a description of Venetian glass jewelry making. You may not receive the exact item pictured and each bead is slightly different as they are all handmade. Other colors are available as well as matching earrings Express your love!   Features The small heart bead is handmade in Italy using techniques dating back to the 13th century. The bead is made by melting glass cane over an open torch flame and then adding white gold foil to decorate the bead. It is then shaped and annealed in a kiln where the temperature is gradually reduced to add strength and durability to the glass.
